When reporting a bug, please include the device type, browser name, what screen you were on, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot is helpful for visual or layout issues.

For premium-bundle issues, keep your restore code available. Do not post payment card details or other sensitive financial information in public comments.

Response expectations
Because MewMallow is an independently developed project, response time can vary. Reports that include reproducible steps are easier to investigate and are especially useful during active testing.
