Using the site and game
MewMallow is provided for personal entertainment and informational use. You may access the public website and browser build through supported distribution links. You may not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass payment validation, manipulate entitlement records, or use the site to distribute malicious code.
Game availability
MewMallow is under active development. Features, balance, visual assets, browser compatibility, and availability may change as the project is updated. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the current build usable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Local saves
Most progress is stored in the browser. Users are responsible for understanding that clearing browser storage, using private browsing, or switching devices may remove local save data. Premium purchase entitlement uses a separate restore mechanism when available.
Premium cosmetic content
Premium products are described before purchase. The Unicorn Dream Bundle contains fixed cosmetic items and is not a random purchase. Premium items are intended for cosmetic customization and do not grant competitive gameplay advantages.
Intellectual property
MewMallow game artwork, interface designs, text, branding, and original game content remain the property of their respective rights holder. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute game assets as standalone asset packs without permission.
Third-party services
Some functions depend on third-party services such as itch.io, Stripe, Cloudflare, or advertising providers. Those services may have their own terms and policies, which apply separately when you use them.
Updates
These terms may be revised when features or services change. Continued use of the site after an update means the current version of these terms applies to future use.
